Life is not always easy for one, especially if you are like me and being lazy is your second nature (or even the first one.)
I know I've promised to upload my pictures to the blog, but as mentioned before I'm lazy so that's the best excuse I can give!
Since the last time I updated 2 weeks+ have passed by, a lot of things have happened, but I don't know where to start....( well that might be one of the reasons why I need to update my blog a "little" more frequently)
Firstly I went to a junior high school close to LongShan temple and sit in the class while my friend is there as a teacher! it was a nice experience!!! and it was so funny when the students were walking back and forth spotted me and then talk to each other in chinese and asked who I was.. Well I don't look like being 16 so of course they will be curious why this Obaa-san is sitting among the students hahah...
A student also called me Teacher.. it was a nice experience hihihi ^^,
I've also celebrated halloween, dressed up as a Geisha with a blue flowered pattern kimono.. We went to Luxy for our halloween celebration.. the other exchange student dressed up as Zombies; Clown zombie, masked zombie and...hohoho...secret!
And I have a friend who dressed up as "little red riding HOOD"! but when we told her the english title of it she repeated and said.. "litte red riding WHO?"
I've also been to nice dates..movie, dinner, drinking, walking and windowshopping! it was long time since I had real dates..
This week is the most famous MIDTERM week for me! I have had 2 exams for now and 1 presentatio have 1 pres. left and 1 exam. I did the ppt for the presentation which a was pretty pleased with! Not to mention my wonderful "partner" had a terrible weekend so he ended up almost forgetting about the pres... xP
Yesterday I went to Carrefour in ZhiShan to "buy" (or at least my intention was) monosodium glutamate, peppar and bread... I ended up buying stuff for 2200 NT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! most of them were snacks..but the most expensive items were toothpaste, laundry detergent and so on.... so actually my food itself wasn't that expensive..I packed everything in a paperbox and had to take a taxi back home.. when my roomates saw it they guessed all sort of things but they became shocked when they heard what was inside.. =_=''
I also cooked for the first time in a looooooooooooong time...kinda missed my food...
Looking forward to tomorrow's end then I will have an after-exam celebration, on friday shilin nightmarket and on Sunday to WuLin which is 40 min from XinDian... hotsprings!!!!!!!yeahhhooo look forward!

hohoho...1 month once?
I just realized that I’m really lazy when it comes to updating my blog. Because the last time I updated was like a month ago…
A lot of things have happened since that. For the first I joined the school’s traditional dance club which is really interesting because is such a different than what I’m used to dance. Ohh!!! Just to let you guys know that tomorrow (or actually today because here in Taiwan it’s already 00.38 am.) I have a dance performance/ competition kind of? So I’ve done lots of Spartan training these past few days and my body feels terrible, and not to mention that I think I sprained my neck..hahaha
My school week is pretty fun, have like 7 classes each week, two on Tuesdays. I just have to say that I really hate Tuesdays, especially the second class. Hateful teacher.. I really hated oral presentation before but now it feels like I’m getting better and better every time we do it.. Did I mention that I’m the team leader for the class groups.. I know that I’m someone people can rely on *cough cough* .
The most interesting thing when doing the presentation is Keynote (mac software). Personally I really like that program and after soooo many hours spent on making the presentations ( Lukas the one done all the jobs) our presentation always succeed to impress the audience…^^.
Also I got moved to intermediate Chinese level 2. Apparently the teacher felt that I had the ability to join the intermediate level 2.
Since I came to Taiwan I’ve been sick once, got a terrible coughing which make dizzy and everything which lasted for 1 week +.
And Yeah, just to let you know a fun fact ANN+SHOPPING doesn’t go well together. I spent waaaaaaaaay to much money on the clothes.
In two week I will have mid-term exam don’t really know what to expect because I never had mid-term exam before…
Joe told me that I’m the class’ moodmaker.. I wonder if that is true?? Well I might be kind of obvious with my mood and my mood just lighten up with the color green.. Joe once had a LIME green folder which she exchanged with me and just make my day soo much brighter..hehe I’ve collected so many green things since I came to Taiwan. Now that we are talking about color, I just have to say this; I really don’t like pink but ever since I came to Taiwan my cloth collection just get more pink than ever..!!
Well have to go to sleep now..have to prepare for tomorrow.

I've been to Deep passion twice and Room 18 once...went to Room 18 together with Steph and Joe really love those two..they are so wierd just like me...( well all of us are from Scandinavia so that might explains something)
Oh!!!!I forgot to say that I tried the basketball throwing game 2 days ago and scored 176 points on my first try...(well my arm got tired and I scored less the second time..) it was soooooooooooooo much fun!! *BAM BAM BAM*
And afterward I went to the grabmachine ( the machine with toys and and metallic arm to grab it) and I won a Pinkpanter nightlamp! reaaaaaaaaaaally cute..got it on the second try = 20NT
I just realised that I'm actually spending a lot of money on food...I wonder why..I mean I spent like 1700 NT on food + some other stuffs..
Today I had might weekly tutor time together with a teacher assistant for chinese..George is a suuuper die die bu shou guy !! hahah but he was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper nice... and the other from the club too...AND yeah I joined their club..but not officially yet,'cause haven't filled in the form. Classical MUSIC... hehe out of all clubs... but what can I do? I really do love classical music( no need to be outside)..

Many first times!!
Since the first day I arrived to Taipei, there has been a lot of first time trying on different activities and foods! Walking more than 4-5 hours each day (long distances) in the past 3 days
Mountain hiking for today.
Trying new kind of foods.. etc
Washing cloths by hand (large amount)
Visiting natural hotsprings (in Xinbeitou - Guided by a local person + volunteer- Gary)
Visit an ecological library (g20 project)
Hmm..I had so much that I wanted to tell but appearently I forgot everything,.........
Oh Yesterday we ( me and a volunteer - Jessica) went to Shilin night market - there I succesfully bought 2 pairs of shoes, one pair shorts 4 tops which give an opportunity to survive 2 more days without having to wash my cloths.
We also visited Xinbeitou today; a place in Taipei where they have a lot of hot spring hotels, they also have a Japanese builded Tatami house which where the first hotspring hotel in Taiwan lie.
The one guided us was Gary who has a lot of knowledge about the Taiwan-Japan history. Got to learn a lot of stuff. I also ate a typicall Taiwanese shaved ice with four kind of taste up on top.
Finally today 4 of my 7 roomates moved in to the dorm, but I've only got chance to meet two of them - Cherry and Judy nice freshmen girls with major in English, so they said that I was a good practice object for them...(ok not really object object but you know what I mean right?)
Also, I talked with my parents and brother's family on Yahoo today! it was nice to see them all at my parents' house.

Exploring a minor part of Taipei!
Talk about excessive energy. I barely slept for 5 hours yesterday, but still my body is full of energy( or so I thought at the beginning of the day). Woke up in the hotel room even before my alarm clock even got a chance to ring. After getting ready to go out, I switched on the TV in the mean time that I waited for the other two students to wake up. It's really interesting to only see chinese speaking channels, which is something you can not get used to in one morning. But I was really happy when I saw Xiao Le (Xiao Xiao Bin) on some reality show. Such a cutie pie he is...
After getting free breakfast at Is Coffe( Toasted breads with butter and jam and an ice cold Green tea) . Finally after speaking with the two french students that were staying in the same hotel room as me, I found out that they are pretty amusing them too, I got to know their name the night before when they wrote be a little note and wished me to have had a nice flight and a good night sleep. The girl's name was Amadine and the guy was Vincent, both of them were younge than me by two year but they are both going to start their third year here in Taipei, which is same as me. - Talk about feeling old TT_TT
Soon after that two volunteers from school came and picked us up, because each one of us were going to seperate rooms thus me by myself togheter with one volunteer and Vincent+Amadine with another. As we reached the Rong Hua dorm, I and the Volunteer had to wait some minutes for three others to come. Appearently there are volunteer groups taking care of different students - which means that I didn't belong to the same group as Amadine and Vincent.
First came two volunteers their names was Sammi and Sydney, then not long after Mita came they showed me around the campus and went with me to the International office where I got some information from Ching-Ru (a staff member) the ever helping lady that saved me from sleeping on the street..XD Soon after Sydney left to cut her hair ( which turned out to be great)
We went through some busstops, mtr and then to an MRT station where the big ferrish wheel was (the typically Taipei logo that u usually see on dramas, it was even bigger in reality)
At that station they helped me to buy an Easycard student for the bus,MTR fair.
Due to the dorm not having blanket, pillow and stuff alike, thus one of our main priority of today's shopping was to buy those stuff, and GUESS what?? - YES! We went to IKEA!=_='' I'm like on the other side of the earth and I could find my bedsofa, tableware and etc. We couldn't find any mattress after hours of searching, but the conversation between Sammi and Sydney led us to believe that there were mattresses that I could borrow at the dorm, so we didn't buy any.
The final goods that got chosen were multi-color-flower-pattern cover RENATE FLORA for the pillow and blanket and of course pillow and blanket ( I just notice that I got cheated, the price for the cover was cheaper in Sweden than in Taiwan), a big blue ikea 365+ bowl togheter with its cup. ( those that I had in my apartment in Jönköping)
Talk about being typically Swedish - The first actual meal that I had in Taiwan was not some sort of Taiwanese cuisine, but Swedish meatballs togheter with brown cream sauce, lingonjam and mashed potatoes >.> afterward I even got an IKEA soft icecream >.< I also got Mita to try the meathballs, and as for Sammi, she bought grilled ribs with pasta and cream sauce and even a delicious almond butter cake. When finnished with stuff Mita also had to leave and soon it was only me and Sammi left. We took a taxi to go back to the dorm but it was soon realised that we forgot to go to the Watsson. There I bought some tissues, make up remover and so on. First time trying the Bioré brand.
Later that night we went to Night market somewhere in Taipei. There I got to try a lot of foods, mixture of different ingredients cooked in some chinese medicine ( have to admit it was delicious!!!) yogurt ice cream - tropical passion nr 9 on the list - incluced mango sauce with piece of pineapple togheter with cornflakes!!!! The ice cream just melted in my mouth but it was so cold that I got brain freezes! Then soon after I tried breadbuns with leek inside, it was tasty to some point but afterwards the only thing I could feel was the leek.
There is more but I'm to lazy to write now (cause it already feel like an essay)- 6am and I'm still awake..-_-'' not only that I'm alllllllllllllll alone in my dorm..
Looking forward to the Brunch in about 4 hours!

First night + Day in Taipei
After 17 hours in the air, finally I've reached the land of Taiwan. It was not enough that I was going to arrive late in the day but to add everything up my plane got delayed for almost another hour. I hurried to go through the immigration but luckily for me my luggage came up last among all the luggage.
There were supposed to be people comming to pick me up from the Taipei International airport, thus it made me feel bad letting people to wait for me. When I came out from the gate I looked everywhere like a countrybumpkin, but I couldn't find anyone waiting for me. I tried to send a message to my conctact person (a staff member of the university) but the phone didn't allow me to. Because I cam so late during the day there was no place that sold sim cards in the airpot, thus I had to go and exchange for some NT coins
At the same moment that I finnished exchanging the money, I heard someone calling for my name and turned around I saw a guy in his twenties walking forward to me. That was the moment I felt a sign of relief. We talked a lot during the was back from the airport to hotel where I was supposed to stay during the night before moving into the dorm. For my information there was supposed to be two other french students staying in the same room as me, but because they arrived earlier when I checked into the hotel and went up to the eight floor( where our room lies) I couldn't see anyone (guess they were sleeping).
As scatterbrained as I am, I couldn't find my armless cardigan which had my cellphone and a watch inside its pocket. I had to search for it everywhere but still I couldn't find it. At the same time I went to bed, I found it on a sofa right ifront of my eyes.. =_=''
For now I'm waiting for the other two students to wake up so we can go and eat our breakfast. Hopefully we can get along well.
Gambatte!!!

Once again...=_=''
Once Again!! I forgot my p/w for the previous account so I had to create another account and start everything again (not like that I had a lot to do either xP).
I haven't wrote anything since the last time I didn't got my place to a University in Japan. Still I have a lot to tell.
Firstly, in 6 days I will be sitting on an airplane to Taiwan-Taipei to study abroud for one semester.. I'm soooooooo looking forward.. Really excited about all the foods! Blackhaired ppl (nothing against it, I'm asian myself so)! And maybe I will have an opportunity to go to some concerts. I also hope that I will meet a lot of friends there!
As much as I know about the dorm, I will be living togheter with 5-6 other girls - First time experience about living togheter with another( or rather 5 others) person(s). I hope they are easygoing so that we can have girl talks...gossiping, telling scary stories. OHH! I really cannot wait.
Secondly, I'm so happy that they still have place for Yokohama University in Japan!! I really hope that I will get a place there. (I'm a serious fan of JAPAN!! I like the language, the foods, people, mangas, animes and so on) Even though I like Japan so much, I've never been there once. That's why I really want to visit Japan at least once.
Ok that's all for now but I will update more frequently from now on!
